BRIEF BACKGROUND

Royal Academy of Career Development(RCAD) formerly Microtech Financial was established August 2001 with the mandate of empowering lives through quality training by providing educational development for children, early school leavers, adult students and those who are desirous of enhancing their skills in a competitive and technological environment.

Over the years the institution has positively impacted the lives of many, through training of individuals from primary and secondary schools in the following areas:
