Students may request cancellanation or refund at any time, however, RACD require a singed and dated written request. RACD’s Cancellation and Refund Policy is clearly stated as Follows: 1. Students who wish to cancel within 15 days before the commencement of the course (s) will receive a full refund of tuition fees paid. 2. Registration fees are non refundable, overseas students will pay an additional 5% administration fee for every cancellation 3. If student cancel between one to five days (1-5) of the commencement of a programme RACD shall retain 25% of the total amount paid. 4. Students who completes one or more class room sessions and wish to cancel shall be subjected to charges as follows: a. If a student cancel, and request a refund after completing at least one session, but less than 5% of course, RACD may retain fees as defined in 3 (above). b. If a student cancel, and request a refund after completing between 10% and 25% of the course, RACD may retain fees up to 50% of the total fees paid. c. If a student cancel, and request a refund after completing between 25% and 50% of the course RACD may retain a up to 75% of the total tuition fee. d. If a student cancels after completing 75% or more, RACD is entitled to retain the entire course tuition fee paid. e. In event student is making payment in accordance with payment plan, RACD reserve the right to retain part or all funds paid as at date of request. 5. Any fee deemed due to a student under the RACD Cancellation and Refund Policy will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of a signed cancellation request or letter. 6. Books or materials purchase are not returnable or retfundable. 7. Students with outstanding fee for books or materials and requesting a tuition refund/cancellation, all outstanding amounts will be deducted before any refund is made based upon conditions outlined in clauses 1 to 6 above. 8. Students pursuing course (s) from RACD partner (s) refunds are subjected to our partners’ refund policies.
