Birth Certificate (a must)
Transfer: (a) a previous report card (b) write an assessment
All students who just wrote common entrance walk with result
and One (1) Passport size picture
SCHOOL UNIFORM
From 1 – 2
- Boys – Short pants (blue) and Shirt (gold) with blue tie
- Girls – Skirt (blue) must be 1" or 2” over the knee and Shirt (gold) with blue tie
- Ribbon – Blue
From 3 - 5
- Boys – Long pants (blue) and Shirt (gold) with blue tie
- Girls – Skirt (blue) must be 1 or 2” over the knee and Shirt (gold) with blue tie.

Student tie will be made available by the Academy at a cost
SCHOOL RULES:
- Students MUST wear shirts in pants or skirts.
- No wearing of ear rings by boys or male teachers.
- girls are ONLY allowed to wear SMALL earrings.
- CELL PHONES must be turned off while in class room.
- When absent from school a letter of excuse MUST BE PRESENTED to the principal/head of the Academy the next day of arrival.
- During normal school hours students can only leave the school premises when permitted by the principal/head of the Academy.
- NO writing on school property.
- Usage of obscenities on the school premises will result in STRONG DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS.
- Teachers and prefects should be RESPECTED at all times.
- NO loitering.
- Students should never exceed recess time UNLESS permitted.
- Student caught fighting or acting in anyway violent will face STRONG DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS.
