Description
This advanced diploma is for individuals with significant expertise in either specialised or broad areas of skills and knowledge and who are seeking further developed expertise across a range of business functions. This qualification is also suited to the needs of individuals who possess significant theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to further develop in order to create further educational or employment opportunities.
This diploma consists of three (3) core units and five (5) elective units Core Units Unit 1: Manage Organisational Change Unit 2: Provide Leadership across the Organisation Unit 3: Develop and Implement Strategic Plans Elective Units Unit 4: Plan and Establish Compliance Management Systems Unit 5: Develop Marketing Plan Unit 6: Develop systematic approach to managing OHS Unit 7: Manage payroll Unit 8: Manage the public relations publication process Unit 9: Manage Risk
